Florida’s Original Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 oz Florida Key West Lime Juice

Directions:

Mix sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks completely. Slowly add key lime juice and mix thoroughly. Pour into a 9 inch graham cracker pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Top with whipped topping or meringue and refrigeration.

Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ stick (1/4 cup) butter or margarine

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Melt butter and mix well with crumb mixture. Press into 9 inch pie pan and bake for 8 minutes.

 

Creamy Brazilian Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • ½ – ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 3 Tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

Pour sugar into warm water, add sweetened condensed milk, add Lime juice, mix in a blender. Taste to preference, you can add sugar for more sweet, add water or Lemon juice for less sweet. Serve over ice.

 

Key Lime Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 Shots of Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 Shot of Florida Key West Key Lime Juice
  • 1 Shot Pineapple Juice or 1 Shot of Cream of Coconut

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.

 

Margarita Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ Cup Florida Key West Key Lime Juice
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 ½ Tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 Tsp Dried Cilantro
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients and adjust to desired taste. Chill for 2 hours and whisk before serving.
